Rise & Thrive is a handcrafted loose-leaf botanical tea blend created for a refreshing, naturally energizing sip. Green tea provides naturally occurring caffeine with no added caffeine, while oat straw, spearmint, orange peel, hibiscus, elderberry, lemon balm, and elderflower create a bright, botanical blend that’s delicious served hot or iced.

Ingredients: Green Tea (Bancha), Oat Straw, Spearmint, Orange Peel, Hibiscus, Elderberry, Lemon Balm, Elderflower.

Brewing Instructions

Add 1–2 teaspoons of Rise & Thrive to 8 fl oz of hot water (175–185°F). Steep for 3–4 minutes, then strain and enjoy.

For iced tea: Brew slightly stronger or with less water, then pour over ice.
